01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the tayabet platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with tayabet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the tayabet platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors. tayabet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tayabet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tayabet or had your account closed for breach of these terms.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on tayabet, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on tayabet. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tayabet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. tayabet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: tayabet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Transfers: Player accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your tayabet account or any rights therein to any third party.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tayabet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits. tayabet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. tayabet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. tayabet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page within your tayabet account. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. tayabet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.

4.5 Suspicious Transactions. tayabet operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Any transaction that appears unusual, inconsistent with a player's normal activity, or potentially connected to unlawful activity may be suspended pending investigation. tayabet reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

tayabet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your tayabet account in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to minimum and maximum bet restrictions during the wagering period.
• tayabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time, unless the specific promotion's terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic play, collusion, or any other method deemed abusive by tayabet will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• tayabet reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player for any bonus and to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where eligibility requirements are not met.

06 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the tayabet platform:

6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on tayabet use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment monitored by independent oversight. The outcome of each game round is determined independently of any previous or subsequent round.

6.2 Bets Once Placed. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the tayabet system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your bet before confirming it.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, tayabet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. tayabet's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Insufficient Funds. Bets may only be placed using available real-money or bonus balance in your tayabet account. Bets placed in excess of your available balance will not be accepted.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tayabet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the tayabet platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the tayabet platform in a manner not intended for human players.

08 Responsible Gaming

tayabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

tayabet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their tayabet account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified period of time.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by tayabet. tayabet reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tayabet reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• tayabet is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

9.2 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your tayabet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

9.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, all pending bonus balances and any wagering progress associated with active bonuses will be forfeited. tayabet's obligations to you under these terms will cease upon the return of your verified real-money balance.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tayabet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tayabet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tayabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the tayabet platform.

tayabet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tayabet will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude tayabet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the tayabet platform — including but not limited to the tayabet name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of tayabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tayabet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the tayabet platform without prior written consent.
• Use the tayabet name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any tayabet content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the tayabet platform.

Any unauthorised use of tayabet's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account on tayabet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
